Truffles is a contemporary catering company, headed by Sara Blount who taught at Leith’s School of Food and Wine for 4 years. Our team consists of Leith’s-trained chefs and offers client support with more than 18 years experience in the field. Service is provided by our friendly, smart and professional waiting and bar staff.

Truffles is based in a purpose-designed fully equipped commercial kitchen meeting all Local Authority requirements for Health, Safety & Hygiene. Our range of vehicles offers refrigerated transportation for our supplies and products.

We have worked extensively over the years to source suppliers ensuring the highest quality of raw ingredients. Our food is all freshly prepared by trained chefs to each individual client’s requirements.
